("Agreement") dated ~~~ ~'N! , 2001 by and between the CITY OF CENTERVlLLE, a <br /> <br />Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and RICHARD S. CARLSON DEYELOPMENT, <br /> <br />LLC, "a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Developer"). <br /> <br />1. REQUEST FOR PLAT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />APPROVAL. The Developer has asked the City to approve a final plat and Planned Unit <br /> <br />Development for Hunter's Crossing 3rd Addition as the "Plat"). The land ("Land") is situated in <br /> <br />the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and is legally described on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2. CONDITIONS OF PLAT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVEL.OPMENT <br /> <br />APPROVAL. The City hereby approves the fmal Plat on condition that the Developer enter into <br /> <br />. this Agreement, furnish the secUrity required by it, and record the Plat with the County Recorder <br /> <br />or Registrar of Titles within sixty (60) days after the City Council approves the fmal Plat.
