<br />All drainage fees must be paid in full in cash upon execution of this Agreement. <br />Developer's. <br />D. Record Construction Drawings. All plats,.plans and record construction <br />drawings for Developer installed improvements shall be supplied to the City in electronic <br />format and developer pay a cash fee to the City for City base map upgrading. This fee is <br />$36.50 per lot for a total charge of$1,606,00 (44 lots x $36.50). <br />E. Electronic Format. The Developer shall submit the fmal Plat in electronic <br />format. The electronic format shall be either AutoCAD, .DWG file or a .DXF file using <br />Anoka Co~ty coordinates. Th~ Developer shall also submit one complete set of <br />recorded mylar. <br />F. City Engineer's Recommendations. The Developer shall implement all <br />recommendations listed in the engineering reports prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, <br />Anderlik & Assoc. for the Development of the Land, as well as the soils investigation <br />report dated , prepared by <br />G. Street Light.Installation. The Developer shall be responsible for the cost of <br />,street light installation consistent with a street lighting plan approved by the City. <br />H. Pond Maintenance. The Developer shall be responsible for the construction <br />of the pond(s).according to the Plans and shall further be required to maintain the pond(s) <br />until the last lot in the Plat has been developed and all landscaping has been completed at <br />whichtime the City will take over the maintenance of the pond. <br />I. Street Access. The developer shall provide signage and notify all <br />contractors and subcontractors that access shall be permitted to the development from <br />Centerville Road and Dupre Road only.
