City Code Chapter 156, the City's zoning ordinance, is hereby amended by <br /> rezoning from P (Public Use) to B -1 (Commercial), certain property located within the <br /> City of Centerville, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, whose address is 7087 20 <br /> Avenue, Centerville, MN, and legally described as follows: <br /> THAT PRT OF THE S 277.10 FT OF THE N 588.47 FT OF THE SE1 /4 OF THE NE1 /4 OF SEC 23 T31 <br /> R22 LYG ELY OF THE W 956.5 FT OF SD 1/4,1/4; EXCEPT RD; SUBJ TO EASE OF REC. <br /> SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Centerville referred to and described in <br /> Chapter 156 shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City <br /> Administrator or the City Administrator's designee shall appropriately mark the Zoning <br /> Map on file in the City Administrator's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning <br /> provided for in this ordinance and all of the notations, references, and other information <br /> shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3.
