We will excavate to clean the ditch to include hauling out up to 66 cubic yards of material to a disposal location determined by the City of Centerville. The cost for this work is $3.155.00. Prairie Drive Location We will haul in one 12 -yard load of soil and place it over the walking path incline to allow for access to the ditch area. We will excavate to remove two trees and four clumps of brush as marked by the City of Centerville. We will excavate to clean the ditch; we will remove the dirt hauled in to provide access to the site. We will haul out up to 132 cubic yards of material to a disposal location determined by the City of Centerville. The cost for this work is $6,375.00. Peterson Trail Location We will excavate to clean up the excess sand plume in the pond area. We will haul away up to 36 cubic yards of material to a disposal location determined by the City of Centerville. The cost for this work is $1,395.00. PLEASE NOTE: No permits are included for the work proposed above. No restoration included. The City of Centerville is responsible for notifying and gaining written permission from the homeowners in the project sites above. A mandatory pre - construction meeting with the City of Centerville, homeowners, and Olson's is necessary prior to the start of the proposed work Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your property may. file a lien against your property if that person or company Is not paid for the contributions. Under Minnesota law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price, or withhold the amounts due from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied the labor or material for the improvement and who gave you timely notice. We reserve the right to file a lien if payment in full Is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. Any additional costs will be added to the bill for - interest, legal expenses, attorney fees, and /or collection costs.
