Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br /> hereby grants approval of a conditional use permit for: <br /> Steven J. Vermeersch and TBD Company, 7137 - 20 Avenue to operate an auto <br /> repair business and subject the conditions of this permit. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> 7137 - 2e Avenue (PIN #23- 31 -22 -I1 -0009) <br /> THE N 178.75 FT OF S 544.50 FT OF E1 /2 OF NE1 /4 OF NE1 /4 OF SEC 23 TWP 31 RGE 22, EX RD, SUB] <br /> TO EASE OF REC <br /> 3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) No more than seven (7) vehicles awaiting repairs shall be stored on the site at any <br /> one time and shall be parked only on a paved surface. Inoperable vehicles shall <br /> not be stored outside a building for more than 72 hours. <br /> b) Vehicles with damaged or missing body parts shall be stored only inside a <br /> building. <br /> c) No more than two (2) vehicles offered for sale shall be parked on the property at <br /> any time. <br /> d) Bulk gasoline or other fuels shall not be stored on site and there shall be no <br /> exterior storage of containers of lubricants or other chemicals. <br /> e) Limits on the noise emitted at the property line shall conform to the noise <br /> regulations contained in City Code Section 91.09 and other nuisance regulations <br /> contained in Chapter 91. <br /> I <br />
