TE Grant Trail Project (000616- 08165 -0). Final payment paperwork is being processed with the <br /> County. <br /> 2. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616- 08167 -0). A record plan of the project <br /> is being produced. <br /> 3. 2013 Street and Utility Improvements (193801520). A preliminary draft of the plans was sent <br /> to City Staff before the Christmas break. We are now addressing comments from City staff and should <br /> have a second draft for review in a week or two, keeping us on our original schedule. <br /> 4. CSAH 21 Reconstruction (193801639). Anoka County Staff attended a City Council workshop to <br /> hear the City's thoughts on the proposed improvements. The County presented some preliminary cost <br /> estimates for several options.
