NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of <br /> Anoka, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at 6:30 <br /> p.m. at City Hall, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota to consider granting a business <br /> subsidy in connection with the development of a manufacturing facility. With regard to the <br /> business subsidy, any person with residence in or the owner of taxable property in the City may <br /> file a written complaint with the City if the City fails to comply with Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Sections 116J.993 to 116J.995, and no action may be filed against the City for the failure to <br /> comply unless a written complaint is filed. The property included in the Municipal <br /> Development District No. 1 is described in the Master Development Program on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk. The property included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 7 is <br /> described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Clerk.
