While we may or may not have contacted you, many of the property owners in the <br /> area have been talked to by city staff and asked not to dump grass clippings, leaves and <br /> brush on the adjoining ditches, ponds and city land. Unfortunately this dumping has <br /> continued in several areas. <br /> In the future, occurrences of dumping in this area will be referred to the police with the <br /> expectation that a citation will be issued and the violation prosecuted.
