CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mosher at 6:45 <br /> p.m. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING - Conditional Use Permit — 7137 — 20 1h Avenue South, Steve <br /> Vermeersch, to operate an auto repair facility, B -1 Commercial Zoning District <br /> Ms. Steve Vermeersch was present to review the proposed use. <br /> No one was present to speak with regard to the permit and no written comments have been <br /> received. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Wood to close the public <br /> hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Administrator Larson presented draft findings for approval of the permit, including a draft <br /> conditional use permit. Mr. Vermeersch is satisfied with the draft permit. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Lee to adopt the Findings and <br /> Recommendation as presented. All in favor.
