TE Grant Trail Project (000616- 08165 -0). Final payment paperwork has been processed with the <br /> County. <br /> 2. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616- 08167 -0). A record plan of the project <br /> is being produced. <br /> 3. 2013 Street and Utility Improvements (193801520), The project is out for bid. Bids will be <br /> received on Wednesday, February 20"' at 10.00 AM. The results of the bid will be shared with Council <br /> on the 22 At that time, an Assessment Hearing could be scheduled if the Council was satisfied with <br /> the bids. <br /> 4. CSAH 21 Reconstruction (193801639), City staff` met with Anoka County staff to review the <br /> current plan for CSAH 21 based on input we gave the county during the City Council Workshop that <br /> County staff attended, County staff had made significant changes to the plan since then, including <br /> adding back in left turn lanes in many locations and extending the limits of the urban section, Some of <br /> these changes are things we were asking for, while others were new ideas County staff will estimate <br /> the project cost with the changes, including an estimate of the City's share and will report that in <br /> March.
