<br /> Bids were opened for the Project stated above on February 20, 2013. Transmitted herewith is a copy of the
<br /> Bid Tabulation for your information and file. Copies will also be distributed to each Bidder once the Project
<br /> has been awarded.
<br /> There were a total of 9 Bids. The following summarizes the results of the Bids received:

<br /> The low Bidder on the Project was Northdale Construction Co., Inc., with a Total Base Bid Amount of
<br /> $1,533,650.86. This compares to the Engineer's Estimate of $1,500,644, which includes the feasibility
<br /> study estimate, plus the upgraded water main sizing. Overall, this means the bids came in approximately
<br /> 2.2% over the estimate. These Bids have been reviewed and found to be in order.
<br /> However, there are some larger discrepancies when the costs are broken down a bit.
