Fees and dates are subject to change. <br /> All Centennial facilities and grounds are a tobacco /drug/alcohol free environment. Please read you permits <br /> carefully. If a date is missing in sequence it is an unavailable date. Only dates listed are confirmed dates. <br /> Any damages to district -owned property must be paid in full by the group using the facility. This district <br /> assumes no liability with the use, loss or damage of a group's own equipment. All activities must be <br /> supervised by a competent and responsible adult. Groups are responsible for clean-up of the area they use <br /> and should leave it in an orderly condition. Food or drink must be served and consumed in lunchrooms or <br /> other designated areas and must appear on facility use form. Must follow District's Food Policy and <br /> procure necessary food license from Anoka County Health Department. All accidents /incidents must be <br /> reported to Centennial Community Education within 24 hours at 763- 792 -6104. In an emergency, call 911 <br /> or the Anoka County dispatcher 763 -427 -1212. When Centennial Schools are closed due to inclement <br /> weather or building emergencies, all facility use permits are cancelled. Emergency school closing number <br /> 763 - 792 -6030. Only equipment specified on the permit will be made available to the permit holder. It is <br /> the permit holder's responsibility to set up and leave the facility in the same condition it was to start with. <br /> There will be additional charges for set up and take down for large groups or if the permit holder does not <br /> fulfill their obligations. Soft - soled, non - marking shoes must be worn on gym floors. No regulation soccer <br /> balls, baseballs or softballs allowed. Only nerf -type or softees. No food or drinks are allowed in the gyms. <br />
