CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mosher at 6:45 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING - Conditional Use Permit – 7137 – 20 Avenue South, Steve <br />Vermeersch, to operate an auto repair facility, B-1 Commercial Zoning District <br /> <br />Ms. Steve Vermeersch was present to review the proposed use. <br /> <br />No one was present to speak with regard to the permit and no written comments have been <br />received. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Wood to close the public <br />hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Larson presented draft findings for approval of the permit, including a draft <br />conditional use permit. Mr. Vermeersch is satisfied with the draft permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Lee to adopt the Findings and <br />Recommendation as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />III.OLD BUSINESS <br />.
