I would like to take a moment to clarify several items: <br /> • Ms. Kim Stephan's position was eliminated in 2011 and she is no longer employed with <br /> the City. <br /> • The City did receive your letter dated November 19, 2012. <br /> • The Little League's request was placed before the Parks & Recreation Committee for <br /> consideration on December 12, 2012 (please refer to the enclosed meeting minutes). <br /> Subsequent to this meeting, a request for your attendance was made through the Little <br /> League's Website. <br /> • All of the enclosed information was provided to the Committee at their January meeting. <br /> • A second request was made through the Little League's Website and confirmation of Mr. <br /> Tedd Peterson and Mr. Randy Frechette's appearance at the April meeting was received. <br /> Please take a moment to review the December 12, 2012 meeting minutes they may shed some <br /> light as to the delay in the Committee's decision to grant your request.
