GENEVIEVE CHURCH FOR VARIANCE TO <br />CONSTRUCT A ROADWAYIDRIVEWAY LESS THAN THE REQUIRED <br />SETBACK FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE OF 1680 HERITAGE STREET <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City <br />of Centerville will consider a request for variance from the required setback of 20' for <br />roadway/driveways from abutting property as contained in Ordinance #4, Subdivision <br />115. The petitioner requests to construct a roadway/driveway 9' 3" from the property <br />line of6995 Centerville Road. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 14,2006 at <br />6:30 p.rn. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to hear all parties present <br />regarding the possibility of approving the aforementioned request. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.rn. March 3, 2006. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
