<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />March 13, 2013 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled meeting of March <br />13, 2013, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member D. Love <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />Finance Director Mike Jeziorski <br /> Public Work Director/Building Official Paul Palzer <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber added Centerville Claims (Check #27856-27859) to the Consent Agenda and noted a draft <br />letter offering the position of Building Inspector/P.W. Maintenance Technician to Mr. Daniel Schmitz was <br />placed in front of them this evening for consideration. <br /> <br />Council Member King requested to add Item #5, Under New Business, Parks & Recreation Committee <br />Recommendation to Allow Committee Member Kevin Amundsen’s Attendance of an Invasive Species Seminar <br />Provided by the University of Minnesota in an amount not to exceed $100. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />Agenda as noted. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.February 27, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion made by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />February 27, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented.
