<br />(4) R-4 Single-Family Manufactured Housing; <br /> <br />(5) R-5 Single-Family Residential - Estate; <br /> <br />(6) R-M Mobil Home Park District; <br /> <br />(7) B-1 Commercial; <br /> <br />(8) I-I Industrial Park; <br /> <br />(9) p-I Public/Institutional; and <br /> <br />(10) M-I Mixed Use. <br /> <br />~ 154.036 RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-l). <br /> <br />(A) Purpose. The purpose ofthe R-l District is to allow agricultural activities and <br />nonsewered residential dwellings as interim uses of the land. The city has limited vacant land <br />for development and all land in the city is planned for eventual urban uses. Because of the <br />limited duration anticipated for agricultural uses in the city and the incompatibilities which often <br />exist between agricultural and nonagricultural uses, permitted uses in the R-l District will not <br />reflect intensive commercial agricultural uses. <br /> <br />(B) Permitted uses. <br /> <br />(1) Single-family detached dwellings at a density not exceeding 1 home per <br /> <br />10 acres; <br /> <br />(2) Residential accessory uses and home occupations; <br /> <br />(3) Crop production and vegetable gardening; <br /> <br />(4) Produce stands for products raised on the premises; <br /> <br />(5) Tree nurseries and sod farms; and <br /> <br />(6) Horses, livestock and fowl, not exceeding a density of 1 horse or livestock <br />animal per acre or 3 fowl per acre, <br /> <br />(C) Special requirements. Agricultural uses are permitted in the R-l District subject <br />to the following requirements: <br />
