<br />(BB) The mobile home bottom shall be enclosed with a commercially produced fireproof <br />material of the same color, material and configuration as the mobile home itself. The enclosure <br />shall cover from the frame or bottom of the chassis of the mobile home to the concrete pad or <br />ground. <br /> <br />(CC)No building or structure shall be added to a mobile home except an unenclosed or <br />unheated porch or a carport. The total square footage of all additional structures shall not exceed <br />150 square feet and no structure shall extend from the mobile home more than 8 feet. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) Penalty, see ~ 154.99 <br /> <br />~ 154.054 MOBILE HOME PARK FACILITIES BUILDING. <br /> <br />Each planned mobile home residential development shall contain I or more enclosed facility <br />building(s) with space devoted to offices, storm shelter (basement), laundry, sanitary and <br />recreational facilities. The building shall be so designed so as to provide at least 12 square feet <br />of space per mobile home lot, but in no case shall the building be less than 2,500 square feet. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) <br /> <br />~ 154.055 REGISTER OF OCCUPANTS. <br /> <br />(A) It shall be the duty of each licensee and permittee to keep a register containing a record <br />of all mobile home owners and occupants located within the park. The register shall contain the <br />following information: <br /> <br />(1) The name and address of each mobile home occupant; <br /> <br />(2) The name and address of the owner of each mobile home; <br /> <br />(3) The make, model, year and license number of each mobile home and motor <br /> <br />vehicle; <br /> <br />(4) The state, territory or country issuing the licenses; and <br /> <br />(5) The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home. <br /> <br />(B) The park shall keep the register available for inspection at all times by law enforcement <br />officers, public health officials and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the <br />information contained in the register.
