Property Owner is the fee owner of the following described real property, located <br /> in the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota ( "Subject Property "): <br /> 1261 Mound Trail <br /> Lot 5, Block 1, Buechler Estates <br /> PIN # 15- 31 -22 -33 -0017 <br /> B. Property Owner requests that the City of Centerville undertake the improvement <br /> to construct a watermain extension and installation of a service line connecting the home with <br /> water and including restoration of the yard and patching of the concrete floor or basement slab <br /> and sealing of the existing well. ( "Public Improvement "). <br /> C.
