<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 27, 2013 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting of February 27, 2013, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member King <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested that Centerville Claims (Check #27830-27833) be added to the <br />Consent Agenda along with Item #4, Parks & Recreation Committee Recommendation to <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Shake Your Shamrock 8K/5K & Kids Run ~ Kelly’s <br />Korner/FrontRunner (March 16, 2013, 12:00, Noon) . <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber noted that Res. #13-0XX – Declaring Cost to be Assessed and Ordering <br />Preparation of Proposed Assessment & Calling for a Public Hearing on the 2013 Street <br />Improvements had been placed before them for inclusion in the packet. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the <br />agenda with the above stated additions. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.February 13, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />the February 13, 2013 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented.
