Parks & Recreation Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 6, 2013 <br /> <br /> <br />8.Maintenance of Monument Signs <br /> <br />It had been previously suggested to contact area schools (secondary & beyond) to <br />find volunteers to help with this project. The Committee would like to get a listing <br />of all the plants that have been planted in the parks. This item was tabled to the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />9.Weeding in Hidden Spring Park & Spring Clean-up <br /> <br />To be scheduled in the spring. <br /> <br />VII. REVIEW OF ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />Items that have been completed will be removed; some are still open and additional items <br />discussed at this meeting will be added. A revised Action Item will be included with the <br />approved minutes. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion was made by Vice Chairperson Grahek and seconded by Committee Member <br />Haiden to adjourn the March 6, 2012 Parks and Recreation meeting at 8:15 p.m. All in <br />favor.
