PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Proposed amendment of Centerville City Code Chapter 156, Modifying <br /> Conditional Uses Allowed Within the Industrial District (I -1). <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br /> City of Centerville, Minnesota will be meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. or <br /> shortly thereafter in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN to <br /> consider resident input regarding proposed City Code modifications to Chapter 156, <br /> Table 156 -A.1, adding "Recycling and Waste Processing Entirely Within a Building" as a <br /> conditional use within an Industrial Zone (I -1). <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br /> language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., May 2, 2013. All persons <br /> interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
