City Code, Chapter 156, Table 156 -A.1 District Allowed Uses, is hereby <br /> amended by adding as a conditional use, within Industrial Uses (I -1): "Recycling and <br /> Waste Processing entirely within a building." <br /> (Amended Table 156 -A.1 attached) <br /> Section 2 .
