NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br /> hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street, <br /> Centerville, MN, in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to <br /> consider a request of Home Detail, Inc., Jeffery Magdik, for a variance from the normal <br /> front -yard setback for the property located at 7261 Main Street, legally described as Lot <br /> 14, Block 2, Burque Addition No. 1. The requested encroachment into the required <br /> setback is proposed to be thirteen feet. <br /> City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br /> language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., May 31, 2013.
