CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> 1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br /> hereby grants approval of a conditional use permit for: <br /> King Core and Metals, to operate a recycling business at 7095 21" Avenue, <br /> subject the conditions of this permit. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> 7095 21" Aven ue PID: 24- 31 -22 -23 -0011 <br /> 3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) All recycling activities shall be conducted entirely within the existing building. <br /> b) No collection bins or containers shall be kept outside the building. <br /> c) Recycling materials collected and/or processed, shall be loaded directly from the <br /> building to trucks that shall haul them from the site. Loaded and partially loaded <br /> trucks shall not be left on the site overnight unless contained in the building. <br /> d) No junk vehicles or vehicles offered for sale shall be parked on the property at <br /> any time. Dismantling and disposal of automobiles shall not be conducted on the <br /> site. <br /> e) Bulk gasoline or other fuels shall not be stored on site and there shall be no <br /> exterior storage of containers of lubricants or other chemicals. <br /> f) Any spilled chemicals shall be properly cleaned up and if any are discharged into <br /> the floor drain, the flammable waste trap shall be cleaned and contents properly <br /> disposed of. The flammable waste trap shall be inspected annually and contents <br /> disposed of as necessary. If any chemicals escape the site, the city shall be <br /> notified immediately. <br /> g) Maximum noise emitted at the property line shall conform to the noise regulations <br /> contained in City Code Section 91.09 and applicant shall not violate other <br /> nuisance regulations contained in Chapter 91. <br />
