Ordinance #64, Second Series Amending City Code Chapter 51, Section 51.08 <br /> Relating to Mandatory Connection to Public Systems <br /> Administrator Larson reported that this was a housekeeping item. Council informally <br /> passed a motion to increase the amount of repairs to private well, before mandatory hook- <br /> up to city water is required, from $500 to $1,000. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br /> Ordinance #64, Second Series Amending City Code Chapter 51, Section 5108 <br /> Relating to Mandatory Connection to Public Systems as presented Council <br /> Member King opposed.
