If it is large enough, or could be used by younger players, this should be priority #1 as it is
a park, has some parking available and is regularly maintained as a park.
2) The city owned property on Centerville Rd. It is large enough. It is flat. Public works could run a orange
snow fence between the playing area and the road. It is mowed on a regular basis and could be mowed
shorter. There is no parking right at the playing area, but there is parking on the streets and at St Gen's within a
short walk.
3) St Gen's property just north of their parking lot. We would have to ask their permission and mow. A snow
fence will be necessary here as well. It is flat, but it is not a good playing surface. When (IF) this rain ever
stops, that area will be a very hard surface.
4) St Gen's property west of the Community Center. Behind St Gen's Community Center is a large open area
now cover with knee high grasses. It is high and well drained area. With some mowing I think that it could be
made into a reasonable soccer field.
5) Lino Lakes LaMotte park. Just a block down pass Centerville's park on LaMotte Drive is a large open
field. I believe this area is designated as a park. We would need Lino Lakes permission and we may have to do
some additional mowing. Parking is on the streets or parking in Centerville's park and a short walk.
Can we solve this before the week is over?
Pat Branch
703 -501 -6815
On Jun 6, 2013, at 2:20 PM, < binelsonIgmmm.com > < binelsonl(a,mmm.com > wrote:
Dallas,
2
