After your program has matured we will be able to explore the rest of <br />the headings proposed in the description of services below. <br /> <br />Compliaaee Review <br />. Create an effective monthly employee training program which meets the OSHA <br />mandated training requirements for each department. <br />. Develop a training grid showing employee training needs and identify recommended <br />and/or required training needs by law. <br />. Audit and inspection of city's safety records and physical facilities. Mock OSHA <br />inspections. <br />. Supply a written report of findings of (Mock OSHA) inspections and recommendations <br />for the city's review. <br />. Standardize mandated safety policies and/or development of programs. This work <br />includes A W AIR., hearing conservation, and respirator programs. <br />. Work with city-wide safety committee with their needs and goal setting. <br />. 'Prepare monthly agenda in conjunction with the city-wide safety committee staff. <br />. Provide appropriate training for city departments using the training grid system. <br />
