CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. St. Genevieve’s Church – Requested Variance for Driveway – 6995 Centerville <br />Road <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated there was an error by the newspaper for the notice of <br />this public hearing so the hearing would need to be continued to the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Wilharber of 6849 Centerville Road addressed the Commission on behalf of St. <br />Genevieve’s Church and provided background on the Church and its request for this <br />variance. Mr. Wilharber indicated the Church gave a small strip of property for a <br />buildable lot to the LaMotte’s previously and no money changed hands for the deal. <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
