Agreement 4 02- 16142-0 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 to AGREEMENT <br />between <br />BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL <br />and <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT is entered into this day of <br />2013, by and between the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS <br />OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br />`Board"), and CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of Minnesota ("Permittee). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Permittee and the Board entered into an agreement dated September 8, <br />2011, which allowed Permittee to conduct public boat and water shows, fishing activities and <br />other public recreation activities on certain Board -owned real estate situated near Goiffon Road <br />and Main Street in the city of Centerville (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement at this time to extend the <br />expiration date of the Agreement from December 31, 20I3 to December 31, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the <br />parties mutually agree to amend the Agreement according to the following: <br />1. Section 24 of the Agreement is hereby amended as shown below. New language is <br />indicated by underline and deleted language is indicated with strikethrough. <br />24. This Agreement shall remain in effect until December 31, 2015, <br />2.
