The Property Tax Administrator as required by <br />Sec. 282.07 of Minnesota Statutes has cancelled all taxes and special assessments and you should <br />make note in your records accordingly. <br />New special assessments will be considered after forfeiture specials and will not be billed. Any <br />specials assessed prior to forfeiture, but prorated out over a number of years, are also forfeited. <br />Any further certification on these parcels should give the date of adoption of the assessment. <br />This will allow the Property Tax Administrator to determine whether the assessment was adopted <br />before or after forfeiture. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Larysa Matzek at 763-323-5426. <br />Sincerely, <br />Susan R.
