<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 24, 2013 <br /> <br />At 6:00 p.m., the Council met pursuant to due call and notice thereof, for the purpose of <br />interviewing two applicants to fill a vacancy on the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />two individuals were interviewed for the vacancy, Mr. Nicholas Twohy and Mr. Mark <br />Haiden. Present were Mayor Wilharber, Council members Fehrenbacher and Paar. <br />Council member King arrived at 6:20 p.m. <br /> <br />The City Council of Centerville held their regularly scheduled meeting of July 24, 2013, <br />6:30 p.m. <br />at City Hall, 1880 Main Street, at <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member Love <br />City Engineer Mark Statz <br />Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber added Centerville Claims (Check #28120-28132), for consideration this <br />evening. Administrator Larson suggested cancelling the closed work session due to <br />property appraisals not being completed. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br />the Set Agenda as presented with the above stated amendment.
