PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> Wednesday, September 4, 2013 — 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br /> Centerville held a scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 4, 2012 at City Hall location. <br /> Present: Chairperson Patrick Branch <br /> Vice - Chairperson Jon Grahek <br /> Committee Member Kevin Amundsen D <br /> Committee Member Brian Peterson 0 <br /> Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> Committee Member Kevin Waeghe Q <br /> Also Present: Council Member, Steve King <br /> Public Works Director, Paul Palzer <br /> Absent: Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Branch called the September 4, 2013 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee to order <br /> at 6:34 p.m. at the City Hall location. <br /> Roll Call — see above <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe to set <br /> the agenda as presented with the following additions: to Committee Business add #6. "Criteria for <br /> Park Permits and #7. "Approval of dates /times for 2014 Festival of Lakes" : To Updates add #3. <br /> "Peltier Lake Update" and #4 "Movie in the Park ". All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> III. APPEARANCES —NONE <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> A request was made to amend the meeting minutes as follows: <br /> Under Consideration of Minutes: Under Updates: #2. 6th line add "Hidden Spring Park" between In <br /> and Centerville. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe to <br /> approve the minutes of the August 7, 2013 meeting as amended.
