Memo... <br /> TO: Chairperson Branch & Committee Members <br /> FROM: Staff <br /> SUBJECT: Centerville Lions Request for Use of Warming House and Grounds at Laurie LaMotte <br /> Memorial Park - Annual Haunted House & Hayrides <br /> Centerville Lions Request for Use of Ice Rink and Grounds at Laurie LaMotte Memorial <br /> Park — Oktoberfest <br /> DATE: September 27, 2013 <br /> The Centerville Lions Club has submitted the appropriate documents for securing a Special Event Permit <br /> for their annual fundraising event, Haunted House and hayrides. Their proposed dates are October 25 & <br /> 26, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m. both evenings. They are requesting additional usage of the <br /> warming house facility for set up and dismantling from October 19 -27, 2013. <br /> The Centerville Lions Club has also submitted the appropriate documents for securing a Special Event <br /> Permit for a fundraising event, Oktoberfest — beer and brats. Their proposed date is October 19, 2013 <br /> from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. They are requesting additional usage of the Ice Rink and Grounds for set up <br /> and dismantling from October 18 -20, 2013. <br /> Both requests have been giving approval by Council, the Public Works Director and the Fire Department <br /> and were approved subject to the Centennial Police Department and your approval. <br />
