CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #13-0 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON STREET IMPROVEMEENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted on August 28, 2013, a report has been <br /> prepared with reference to the proposed improvement of North Robin Lane from 20' <br /> Avenue to West Robin Lane, and West Robin Lane from North Robin Lane to South <br /> Robin Lane, and South Robin Lane from 20 Avenue to West Robin Lane and Cardinal <br /> Drive from West Robin Lane to 20`" Avenue by construction of watermain, street paving, <br /> concrete curb and related drainage improvements and <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost- effective and feasible to construct only watermain and building services. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br /> 1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with <br /> the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the <br /> cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an <br /> estimated total cost of <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 13 day of <br /> November, 2013, in City Hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and <br /> published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Centerville this 9th day of <br /> October, 2013. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Attest - <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
