<br /> Under Minnesota Statue 604A.12 of the Sponsor(s) of livestock activities are not liable for the injury
<br /> or death of a participant, or a spectator in an unauthorized area, arising from the inherent risk of livestock activities.
<br /> Inherent risk means the dangers arising from the propensity of livestock to behave in unpredictable ways, including
<br /> kicking, biting, spooking in response to sound, sudden movement, unfamiliar objects, persons and other animals.
<br /> The undersigned agrees for himself or herself, dependents, heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> assigns and for persons coming onto the premises with the undersigned's express or implied permission, invitation or
<br /> knowledge to assume all risk and hazards and agree to fully INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, Bunker
<br /> Park Stable, and their shareholders, owners, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (hereinafter
<br /> "Stable "), from: (1) any and all claims, demands, liability injuries, death, property damage or loss or other remedies or
<br /> damages arising out of or resulting from the INHERENT RISKS of participating in or observing horse related activities
<br /> including but not limited to, the risk of horses kicking, biting, spooking, tripping and falling, and from (2) any and all
<br /> claims resulting from the NEGLIGENCE, vicarious or direct, of the stable including but not limited to, hayrides, carriage
<br /> rides, sleigh rides, trail rides, riding lessons, clinics and exhibitions, leased horses, scout badges, failure to check or
<br /> maintain equipment, the operation, maintenance and supervision of the premises, improvements to real property or the
<br /> boarding, training, breeding, or keeping of horses on the premises.
<br /> I consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Bunker Park Stable of any and all
<br /> photographs and any other audio /visual materials taken of me for promotional material, educational activities, exhibitions
<br /> or other use.
<br /> I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND ASSUME THE RISK: One signature per each participant.
