Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br /> hereby grants approval of an interim use permit for: <br /> Rehbein Properties, DBA Rehbein's Black Dirt, to operate dirt processing at <br /> property west of 21" Avenue, south of Clearwater Creek, subject the conditions of <br /> this permit. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> PID's: 24- 31 -22 -32 -0002 & 24- 31 -22 -32 -0003 <br /> 3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) All activities shall be conducted entirely within the easterly 680 feet of the <br /> property south of Clearwater Creek (approx. 13 acres), and shall not encroach <br /> closer to Clearwater Creek than 50 feet, and shall not use any other adjacent <br /> property, whether owned or not. <br /> b) Existing green strip along Clearwater Creek shall not be disturbed. <br /> c) Operating hours shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br /> Saturday. <br /> d) Permittee shall endeavor to limit speed of trucks entering or leaving the site to 25 <br /> miles per hour. <br /> e) Permittee shall pave the entrance to the site for a minimum distance of 250 feet <br /> south from the intersection of 21 s ` Avenue and Commerce Drive and Permittee <br /> keep the drive and adjoining street free of mud and dirt. Upon notice by the city <br /> of excessive accumulation of dirt or mud, Permittee shall clean and \or sweep <br /> within four hours. <br /> f) No fuels or chemicals shall be stored on the site, unless contained in a building. <br /> 2 <br />
