Res. #13 — 0,z.‘ <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #13 -021 adopted by the City Council on October 9, 2013, fixed a <br /> date for a public hearing on the following improvements: <br /> North Robin Lane from 20 Avenue to West Robin Lane, and West Robin Lane from <br /> North Robin Lane to South Robin Lane, and South Robin Lane from 20 Avenue to <br /> West Robin Lane and Cardinal Drive from West Robin Lane to 20 Avenue by <br /> construction of watermain and watermain services <br /> WHEREAS, ten (10) days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice was given and <br /> the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of November 2013, at which all persons <br /> desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective and feasible as detailed <br /> in the feasibility report. <br /> 2. The Council hereby orders the improvement as proposed. <br /> 3. The Council hereby designates Stantec as Engineer for this improvement who shall <br /> prepare plans and specifications for this improvement. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 13 day of November, 2013. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
