<br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />Wednesday, September 4, 2013 ~ 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br />Centerville held a scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at City Hall location. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Patrick Branch <br />Vice-Chairperson Jon Grahek <br /> Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br />Committee Member Kevin Waeghe <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> Council Member, Steve King <br />Public Works Director, Paul Palzer <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br /> <br /> <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Branch called the September 4, 2013 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee to order <br />at 6:34 p.m. at the City Hall location. <br /> <br />Roll Call – see above <br /> <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe to set <br />the agenda as presented with the following additions: to Committee Business add #6. “Criteria for <br />Park Permits and #7. “Approval of dates/times for 2014 Festival of Lakes” ; To Updates add #3. <br />“Peltier Lake Update” and #4 “Movie in the Park”. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> III. APPEARANCES – NONE <br /> <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A request was made to amend the meeting minutes as follows: <br /> <br />th <br />Under Consideration of Minutes: Under Updates: #2. 6 line add “Hidden Spring Park” between In <br />and Centerville. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe to <br />approve the minutes of the August 7, 2013 meeting as amended.
