CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> November 13, 2013 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br /> meeting of November 13, 2013, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King O <br /> Council Member D. Love Q <br /> Q <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> Paul Palzer, Public Works Director <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> 1. Delinquent Sewer, Water & Garbage Services Associated with the 3 rd , 4th Quarter of <br /> 2012 & the 1 & 2nd Quarters of 2013 Utility Billing Cycles <br /> The Mayor opened the public hearing at 630 p.m. <br /> Administrator Larson explained to Council that the unpaid water /sewer /garbage balances <br /> that are associated with the 3 and 4" quarter of 2012 and the 1 and 2 quarters of 2013 <br /> will be special assessed against the property for collection of the past due amounts. <br /> There being no one present to speak on the matter, a motion was made by Council <br /> member Paar, Seconded by Council member Fehrenbacher to close the public hear. <br /> All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 2. Royal Meadows Improvement Project <br /> The Mayor opened the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br /> Administrator Larson stated to Council that notices forwarded to residents of the Royal <br /> Meadows Development regarding the public hearing.
