RESOLUTION 42013 -130 <br /> Page 2 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the town board or governing body of a municipality fails <br /> to notify the County Board of the disapproval of a classification and sale of any of the lands described <br /> herein within 60 days of the date the request herein is transmitted to the town board or governing body of <br /> a municipality, it will be deemed to have approved the classification and sale. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the town board or governing body desires to acquire any <br /> parcel lying in the town or municipality under Section 282.01, it shall, within 60 days of the request for <br /> classification and sale, file a written application with the County Board to withhold the parcel from <br /> public sale for six months. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if a governmental subdivision files a written application <br /> with the county board to withhold a parcel from public sale for six months, the governmental subdivision <br /> shall pay maintenance costs incurred by the county during the six -month period while the property is <br /> withheld from public sale, provided the property is not offered for public sale after the six -month period. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the town board or governing body of the municipality fails <br /> to submit an application and a resolution of the board or governing body to acquire the property within <br /> the withholding period, the county may offer the property for sale upon the expiration of the withholding <br /> period. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br /> COUNTYOFANOKA ) YES NO <br /> 1, Jerry Soma, County Administrator, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, hereby certify that I DISTRICT # 1 —LOOK X <br /> have compared the foregoing copy of the <br /> resolution of the county board of said county <br /> with the original record thereof on file in the DISTRICT #2 — BRAASTAD X <br /> Administration Office, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, as stated in the minutes of the <br /> proceedings of said board at a meeting duly held DISTRICT #3 — WEST Absent <br /> on November 12, 2013, and that the same is a <br /> true and correct copy of said original record and <br /> of the whole thereof, and that said resolution DISTRICT #4 — KORDIAK X <br /> was duly passed by said board at said meeting. <br /> Witness my hand and seal this 12th day <br /> of November 2 DISTRICT 45 — LEDOUX X <br /> DISTRICT 46 — SIVARAJAH X <br /> JERRY SOMA <br /> COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR DISTRICT #7 — SCHULTE X <br />
