Summary of Ordinance 66, Second Series <br /> Notice is hereby given, that on August 14, 2013, 2013, Ord. #66, Second Series, entitled "AN ORDINANCE <br /> AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 92, RELATING TO PERMITS FOR USE OF PARKS Was adopted by the <br /> City Council of Ca *zville, Minnesota. <br /> Notice is farther given that due to the lengthy nature of the ordinance, the City Council has ducted that <br /> this title Y for publication pursuant to Minn. Stet 412.191, Subd. 4. <br /> Notice Is further given that a complete printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any <br /> person during normal business hours of the City Clerk, 1880 Main SL, Centerville, MN, or will be mailed to anyone <br /> requesting it by telephone (6S 1) 429 -3232. <br /> Notice Is furtber given that the general purpose of the ordinance is to amend the code as to provide for <br /> Puts for groups exceeding 30 persons to use city parks. <br /> Section 1. This section contains the text of the code amendment. <br /> Section 2. This section establishes initial fees for permits to use the parks. <br /> Section 3. This section provides that the eflxctive date shall be upon publication of this summary. <br /> Notice is further given that the Council has by a 415 vote approved this public notice on the 14th day of <br /> August, 2013. <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> Published in the Quad Press on August 27, 2013. <br />
