City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> January 8, 2014 <br /> at any given time, a law firm other than Smith & Glaser representing the coalition, City <br /> Administrator's working collaboratively, and an estimated amount of expenditures of $100,000 <br /> to get to the trial phase of the lawsuit. Legal Counsel Glaser and Administrator Larson felt that <br /> the City of Centerville's portion would not exceed $5,000 dependent upon the amount of cities <br /> that participated. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love, to Author S taff <br /> to Enter Into the JPA for Intervention in the White Bear Lake Water Level Lawsuit as <br /> presented provided that the number of cities deciding to participate keeps the e <br /> city share at an Amount not to Exceed $5,000.
