Makes development of downtown possible without stormwater BMP's for each parcel. 2. Land that would have been used for ponds and other stormwater facilities can be used for development. 3. Anoka County pays for 25% of cost if done with roadway. 4. Storm system in place ahead of development proposal East Side Storm Sewer (30 inch and larger) $ 62,947 1. Deep ditch will be elliminated on east side of the road near Center Street. 2. Drainage from neighborhoods east of Centerville road will be more stable if we don't have the silting concerns of a ditch along Centerville Road. 3. Anoka County pays 25% of the installation cost.
