All in favor. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br /> <br />2.December 18, 2013 Special City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Mayor provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the <br />minutes of the December 18, 2013 Special City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> <br />1.Mr. Greg Kieselhorst, Centerville Lions Annual Ice Fishing Contest & EAA Young <br />Eagles Airplane Rides, February 22, 2014 <br /> <br />nd <br />Mr. Kieselhorst introduced himself to Council and by stating that this would be the Lions’ 32 <br />Annual Fishing Contest and reviewed the requested permits for the event: Special Event Permit, <br />Temporary On-Sale Liquor License, Noise, Raffle and Solicitation Permit. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Res. #14-001 – Approving Plans & Authorizing Bids – Royal Meadows Watermain <br />Improvements <br /> <br />Administrator Larson stated that the resolution was included with the Set Agenda for this <br />evening. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve Res. #14- <br />001 – Approving Plans & Authorizing Bids – Royal Meadows Watermain Improvements as <br />presented.
