Res. #14 -009 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON 21 AVENUE STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Res. #13 -016 the City entered into a Joint Powers Agreement <br /> with the City of Lino Lakes for the improvement of 21 Avenue north of Main Street, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the Joint Powers Agreement, the City of Lino Lakes has <br /> prepared plans and specifications for making the improvement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof, are hereby approved, and the City of Lino Lakes may proceed with securing <br /> bids for the improvement. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 12th day of February, 2014. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> _.Attest: <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
