Love Q <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar 0 <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Council said the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> 1. None. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber added Centerville Claims (Check #28519- 28524), Item #4. LMCIT Liability <br /> Coverage Waiver/Not Waiver Statutory Tort Limits and Item #5. Secure Appropriate Road <br /> Closure Permit for 2014 Festival of the Lakes (Fete des Lacs) Parade — Not to Exceed $50 <br /> Anoka County Highway Department under Consent Agenda. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the <br /> Agenda with the above stated additions. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1.
