<br /> <br />February 26, 2014 <br />Dallas Larson, City Administrator <br />City of Centerville <br />1880 Main Street <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> <br />RE: Chain of Lakes – Bald Eagle Regional Trail Master Plan <br /> <br />Dear Dallas: <br /> <br />The Anoka County Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite you to review and <br />comment on the proposed Chain of Lakes-Bald Eagle Regional Trail Master Plan, which is <br />attached with this letter. <br /> <br />As you are aware, the proposed trail is approximately 3 miles long and follows CSAH <br />21/Centerville Road north-south through the cities of Centerville and Lino Lakes. The proposed <br />trail provides a critical link between the two cities and it connects the Central Anoka County and <br />the Bunker-Chain of Lakes regional trails, as well as the Ramsey County bikeway system, Bald <br />Eagle-Otter Lakes Regional Park and Tamarack Nature Center. <br /> <br />The County is requesting input and comment on the master plan from the local cities and <br />regulatory agencies, as well as the public. The County will conduct an open house to receive <br />th <br />public input on the proposed trail master plan on March 25, 2014 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at <br />Centerville City Hall. <br /> <br />Please provide any comments regarding this master plan in written form to my attention at the <br />th <br />, <br />address listed above or via e-mail at karen.blaska@co.anoka.mn.usby March 26, 2014. Any <br />comments received will be incorporated into the final Master Plan.
