page three - City Council <br /> meeting minutes - August <br /> 8, 1979 <br /> Discussion was held on the City putting out bids for the <br /> planting of trees in connection with the shade tree program. <br /> Clerk was instructed to call three nurseries and request <br /> bid on the 50 trees planted and unplanted. <br /> Discussion held on the sample ordinance dealing with stock- <br /> piling and storage of elm logs. Tabled until further meeting. <br /> Budget meeting is set for Monday, September 17 at City Hall. <br /> Clerk read items of concern from the Fire department. <br /> Gary Savela made a motion to pay bill as per attached <br /> sheet, Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion carried. <br /> Floyd Laska made a motion to adjourn meeting, Leon L'Allier <br /> seconded it, motion carried.
