CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Aprfl 23,2014 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br /> meeting of April 23, 2014 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Acting Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber 1 t f <br /> Council Member King l <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz (Arrived at 6:35 p.m.) <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> Public Works Director Paul Palzer <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Mayor Paar called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Acting Mayor Paar requested that item V. Approval of Agenda,be the next item of discussion. <br /> V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Acting Mayor Paar added Centerville Claims (Check #28641-28648) and requested that the <br /> Centerville Lions' Request for a Raffle Permit be placed on the Consent Agenda as Item #8, that <br /> Street Dance be Item #3 under New Business and suggested Tabling the Closed Executive <br /> Session due to several missing Council Members. <br /> Motion by Councfl Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to Approve <br /> the Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Acting Mayor Paar stated that an instrumental Lion member, City resident, volunteer and past <br /> honorary Grand Marshall of the Fete des Lacs parade had passed away, Mr. Lynn Johnson, and <br /> Council desired to forward their condolences to the Johnson family and thanked them for his <br /> services. <br /> II.
